About Us
Welcome to The Reclamation Project
The Reclamation Project is a grassroots organization founded in 2019 by M. Smith and C. Floyd, both passionate individuals with a shared vision for reclaiming and restoring the core values of constitutional conservatism and the classical Christian faith.
About Us
M. Smith, a dedicated Christian activist, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to The Reclamation Project. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Communication Studies, Smith deeply understands effective communication strategies. Additionally, Smith’s extensive background as a former online missionary and political campaign volunteer showcases a commitment to spreading the Christian message and engaging in the political landscape. Over 15 years, Smith has delved into the study of Christian apologetics, further solidifying their understanding and defense of the faith.
C. Floyd, a retired Chief Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and a former Sunday School teacher, brings a unique perspective to The Reclamation Project.
Floyd’s military service has instilled a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and commitment to duty. As a Sunday School teacher, Floyd has shared the teachings of the Christian faith and cultivated a deep understanding of its principles.
Smith and Floyd share the Southern Baptist faith tradition and are actively involved in various missionary activities. They serve as remote volunteer project managers/consultants for a Christian philanthropic organization in East-Central Africa called Genesis Children’s Centre – Uganda (GCC). Through their missionary work, they demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of others and spreading the transformative power of the Gospel.
Under the leadership of M. Smith and C. Floyd, The Reclamation Project strives to reclaim the foundational principles that have shaped our culture, politics, and faith. Through grassroots efforts, they aim to inspire positive change and restore the timeless values that have made our nation great.
Our Impact
At The Reclamation Project, we are making a real impact on our communities and the world. Here are some highlights of our work so far:
Strategic Partnerships: By forging strategic alliances with organizations such as GCC-Uganda, The Reclamation Project is actively advancing our mission of promoting conservative Christian education, philanthropy, evangelism, and political activism both domestically in the United States and on a global scale. We aspire to extend our impact to Nigeria, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, and beyond. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in communities worldwide.
GCC-Uganda Partnership: Since our partnership with GCC commenced in 2019, we have embarked on various impactful initiatives. These endeavors have included numerous crusades, resulting in approximately 18,000 individuals making decisions for Christ and 400 individuals rededicating their faith. Additionally, we have organized several food supply drives to assist widows, orphans, and AIDS/HIV victims, furthering our commitment to community welfare. To empower the women at the GCC Rehab Centre, we have also procured sewing machines, enabling them to create and sell materials to support themselves. Furthermore, we have distributed hundreds of Bibles to new converts, conducted baptism ceremonies, provided shoes and educational supplies for children, offered political consultation, and undertaken many more meaningful projects. For comprehensive details, please visit the GCC portal.
GCC Rehabilitation Centre: Our organization funded the construction of a facility in Budianga Village, Uganda, in 2019-2020. Our goal was to establish a self-sustaining NGO that promotes entrepreneurship and economic self-sufficiency while empowering Budianga's widows and single mothers to combat systemic poverty within their community. This project became operational in 2020.
Create and Distribute Christian Educational Materials: See The Subversion: The Sinister Plot by Marxist to Undermine the Church from Within presentation on the Watch page.
Established Operation Enduring Church: In December 2021, we initiated "Operation Enduring Church" in collaboration with our missionary field partners, GCC-Uganda (for more information, visit the Partners link on the Home page). Since then, we have undertaken the task of educating over 1200 churches in Uganda's Namayingo District through coordinated conferences featuring the impactful "The Subversion" presentation. Complementing these efforts, we organized Christian crusades and engaged in evangelism, resulting in thousands of people making decisions for Christ and hundreds choosing to rededicate their faith. Further details about these endeavors can be found on GCC's dedicated page.
Established Operation Millstone: Created in 2023, The Reclamation Project draws inspiration from Luke 17:2 (NIV): “It would be better for them to be thrown into the sea with a millstone tied around their neck than to cause one of these little ones to stumble.” This initiative was born in response to the need to protect parental rights and the innocence of children within the educational system and society at large. In collaboration with organizations such as the North County San Diego Republican Assembly and God's Ballot, among others in progress, we tirelessly advocate for policies prioritizing safeguarding children's innocence and preserving traditional family values. Our efforts involve crafting persuasive arguments, developing effective strategies and educational materials, engaging in political advocacy to shape public policy, and providing guidance and support to political candidates who share our vision. Together, we are passionately committed to creating a positive impact in our communities and beyond.
